PLAC UNII

Plac Unii is a modern multifunctional facility that stands out on the map of Warsaw with its interesting architecture and is highly regarded for the high quality of its office spaces. The complex, consisting of three buildings separated by a glass roof (two 6-story buildings and a 21-story tower), offers a total of 46,620 sqm of leasable space and 800 parking spaces. History

The architecture of the Warsaw Plac Unii building is inspired by one of New York City's oldest and most famous skyscrapers – the Flatiron Building. "Proud, lofty, sophisticated, and elegant" – this is how New Yorkers describe it, claiming that it perfectly embodies their own character traits. The design of Plac Unii won a prestigious competition organized in collaboration with the Association of Polish Architects. The concept impressed with its grand scale, visionary combination of functionality, aesthetics, and the highest quality.

Its author was the renowned and multi-award-winning Polish architect, Professor Stefan Kuryłowicz. The office building continues the commercial tradition of the place where it was built.

    The Royal Łazienki Museum, called "the happiest place in Warsaw", is the summer residence of King Stanislaw August. It is the most beautiful place to observe nature and enjoy active recreation. At the Royal Łazienki, it is worth visiting the Palace on the Isle, the Old Orangery, the Myslewicki Palace, the White House and the picturesquely situated Amphitheater, which offers unique artistic and cultural events.

    The Comedy Club is the first and only comedy club in Poland. The club is a cult stage, bar and cafe. This is where Bill Murray meets Jeremy Przybora - and anyone who is brave enough can join their conversation.

    LUNA CINEMA

    Luna Studio Cinema is a place initiating artistic projects, integrating artistic circles and promoting non-commercial culture. The repertoire consists of premieres and films awarded at Polish and international film festivals. Apart from repertoire activity, the cinema organizes or hosts numerous events, among others, film reviews and festivals, performances, concerts or meetings with artists. The first screening at the Luna cinema took place on July 22, 1962.

    PLAC UNII LUBELSKIEJ

    It is a place with beautiful and extremely ornate buildings. In the early twentieth century on the square were built high, six- and eight-storey houses - Kacperski, Wielburski, Adam Bromke or Jan Łaski. It is a place with a rich history. In the first days of the Warsaw Uprising the square was, among others, the place of battles of "Jeleń" squadron. And in October 1948, the first International Press and Book Club was opened in Adam Bromke's estate.

    POLE MOKOTOWSKIE

    A favorite recreation spot for Warsaw residents. It is a vast park complex located in three districts - Mokotów, Ochota and Śródmieście. It is one of the largest green areas located near the city center. There is a bicycle path running through Pole Mokotowskie, and well-kept lawns encourage family picnics as well as walks and outdoor sports.
