Thanks to the modular design of the individual floors, the complex is able to offer modern, fully functional and flexible office space starting from 200m2. Careful layout of the space ensures plenty of natural light on all levels and the spectacular panorama of Stoilica from the upper floors is very impressive.

The architectural grid is based on a grid of façade profiles and enables the space to be divided into individual units with a minimum width of approx. 2.60 m depending on the location. The varying depth of the passageways makes it possible to arrange open space, office space or mixed spaces.
