Center regulations
Rules and Regulations of Plac Unii Shopping Center in Warsaw " Rules and Regulations".
Driven by the concern of customers visiting our Shopping Center, we ask that you abide by the following provisions contained in the following paragraphs of the Rules and Regulations, which are in effect throughout the facility.
Communication
1. It is forbidden to park unauthorized vehicles in the disabled spaces. Detailed Parking Regulations are located at the entrances to the parking lot.
2. Skates, skateboards, scooters, and bicycles are prohibited inside the building and on the premises, except for the need to use the Union Square bike station.
3. Sitting is permitted only on benches or areas designated for that purpose. Sitting on stairs, flowerbeds, advertising or decorative elements, railings, etc. is prohibited.
General provisions
1. Advertising, distribution of leaflets and presentation of advertising materials in any form without the prior consent of the Shopping Centre Management is prohibited.
2. Organization of meetings, display of goods for sale, door-to-door and door-to-door trading, musical and other performances, charity events throughout the Shopping Center without the prior consent of its Management is prohibited.
3. Begging and canvassing is prohibited.
4. It is prohibited to bring weapons, explosives, drugs, flammable substances and other threats to the safety and life of customers or property, to the extent that it has not been permitted by applicable law
5. It is prohibited to smoke tobacco products and the so-called electronic cigarettes and consumption of alcoholic beverages outside designated and marked places.
6. Photography is prohibited in the shopping center. Photographs may be taken only after obtaining the prior consent of the facility management. This ban does not apply to family photos taken exclusively for private use.
7. Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of similar drugs, disturb the public order and behave in a manner inconvenient for other persons or persistently violate these Regulations are prohibited to be on the premises of the shopping center. Any person remaining in the shopping center area after being requested to leave by a representative of the management or security agents may be subject to the intervention of the police or other law enforcement agencies.
8. The presence in the Shopping Center after being requested to leave by a representative of the Management Board or authorized representatives and security staff may be prosecuted.
9. It is prohibited to use shopping carts for purposes other than their intended use.
10. It is prohibited to bring animals without muzzles and leashes into the Shopping Center facility. This prohibition does not apply to guide dogs accompanying persons with disabilities.
11. Deliberate contamination, destruction or misuse of Shopping Center facilities, including public areas such as toilets, sanitary facilities, etc. is prohibited. Such actions will be the basis for claims for damages.
12. Found property should be immediately handed over to the shopping center security staff or employee of the Information Desk. Retention of lost property is a violation of applicable law.
Irrespective of the aforementioned provisions, it is prohibited to engage in any activities in the Shopping Centre that are prohibited by applicable law. Persons visiting our Shopping Center are asked to respect the instructions of the facility security services or the Management. The entire area of Plac Unii Shopping Center in Warsaw is monitored.
