Plac Unii is a multifunctional building in Warsaw, where ecological solutions are implemented in accordance with sustainable development practices. The project was awarded the BREEAM certificate on a Excellent level. The office building also meets the highest safety standards.
Plac Unii, as one of the first multifunctional buildings in Poland, has obtained a WiredScore certification at the highest Platinum level. This recognition for the building was awarded, among other things, for its highest standard of digital connectivity and technological advancement.
WiredScore is an international organization that defines and certifies the quality of digital connectivity and intelligent technologies in office buildings. WiredScore evaluates and promotes properties that provide high-quality digital connectivity, both inside and outside the building. The organization takes into account factors such as the availability and reliability of internet providers, redundancy and security of connections, coverage of cellular and Wi-Fi signals, and the possibility of expanding technological infrastructure.
The BREEAM certificate (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is currently one of the most widely used methods for the environmental assessment of buildings in Europe. It was created in 1990 by the BRE (Building Research Establishment) organization. The method provides investors with a project management tool to improve the environmental impact of investments. Plac Unii has received the BREEAM certificate at an Excellent level.
Plac Unii has been awarded the SGS Disinfection Monitored Mark certificate in all A,B and C office buildings. The certificate is awarded to facilities that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in Poland, also in terms of preventing Covid-19. SGS Polska auditors carry out tests based on protocols that are in line with the recommendations of WHO, CDC (or ECDS) and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate.
